I will honour the rules of the organizer. The competitors enter the competition and will compete at their own risk. In the event of an injury or material damage that might occur during the marathon I will not seek retribution from the organizer or file a lawsuit against the organizer. I also consent to the publication of the data I provided in the application form, my photographs, video clips or interviews connected to the Marathon Franja - BTC City without any kind of reimbursement.
